Starting off with a BANG!

I hear so often that people don’t eat breakfast… what?!?!  It should be the best meal of the day!  So let’s keep this simple… here’s a delicious yogurt recipe that’s super clean and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Top with 1 tbs pumpkin seeds and slivered almonds

Add 1/2 sliced banana

Lightly drizzle with agave or honey

Dash with cinnamon
